RESPECTED SIR,
I dr gurpreet singh bhangu having customer id no.3006230711 have been using airtell DTH service for the last 4 months. About 12 days back i lost the cable signal and since then i have been calling customer care service of the company daily, but for the lip service and assurances they have not done anything to rectify my problem. I had even mailed my complaint to the concerned authorities 2 days but to no avail. I request you to take some immidate punitive measures so that these companies pay head to there customers, who undergo mental agony besides wastege of there precious money and time.
