Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Ravikiran. K, I have ordered for a Airtel DTH on 16th November through IVR and the sales guy has promised the installation on 17th in Bangalore. But i have got a message that i would get the installation on 5 th of decemeber after almost 30 follow up calls. And I requested for the cancellation of the DTH and have asked my money 1590 into my credit card, I have sent mail to [email protected], but i haven't got any reply.

I want to get my money back and want to fight legally with Airtel for the pathetic service and rude behavior of the customer care people.
