Shamelessly consumed three months to solve problem and problem remained as it is

On purchase of LCD, I was given a Airtel Digitaltv i.e. trial of product on Consumer's Cost. (Airtel HD Digital was must, you can't refuse.)

I was asked to pay Rs.750/- as activation charge, with 3 monts free subscription and one month subscription of HD Channel.

The Dish was installed in the last week of October.

Picture was not clear and it starts getting hanged from the FIRST DAY and also HD channel was not provided.

This I reported to Samsung LCD Dealer and Airtel person and after two to three days of complaint and intervesion of Samsung LCD Dealer, they provided me HD Channel.

But picture getting stilled and late response of STB remained unsolved. Since installation this problem was there.

I must have reported this issue on Daily basis but every time a Number was being provide and representative used to visit and after trying for some time they reply in single word that is 'SYSTEM IS UPDATING'.

After my regular complaint they came with an option of changing Set Top Box with a Repaired one, to this I denied and insited for a New One.

But lastly I agreed and they changed my two and half month old STB with a Old repaierd one, but problem remained the same.

Thereafter they changed the LCB, but problem remained as it is, on the contrary it has increased i.e now signal goes-off, though the box is on.

When I said them that you have consumed my free period of three month (for which I had paid Rs.750/-) then One of their representative sitting at Delhi and Ahmedabad replied that period will be extended by 15 days ore more.

But yeaterday as problem remained unsolved and subscription was expiring on 29.01. I rang to Ahmedabad representative and reminded him for extending the period, he was pleased to extend by One or two days.

Hence I am totally un-satisfied because these Airtel digitaltv has consumed my Whole three months for their trial of HD Box, for which I had paid Rs.750/.

So I request Airtel Digital not fool the Customers.

And I request all the Citizen to be careful becuase in my case they have just tried thier product on my cost and shamlessly please to extend subscription by One day or two.
