Booked one Airtel HD DTH from Msr Shri Krishna Electronics, Chandigarh Road Nawanshahr, an exclusive LG showroom on 9th April promised to install on 10/4.
Installed an airtel HD set top box with a Dish tv antenna on 11/4 and got the payment. I found the stb and remote scratched and when i asked the company owner he made a lot of lies to convince us. Not convinced as the stb was not regitered in my wife Dr Seema gupta's name even after 10 days, i enquired from the Airtel customer care and was surprised to know that the set top box was already registered with the company on 5/10. when i told about the same to the shopkeeper and requested him to install a new stb as well as airtel antenna, he changed the antenna but refused to change the stb and instead kept the old box with him. He misbehaved, abused and threatened me and also didnot return the money paid by me. Know i have an airtel antenna installed at my home without the set top box for the full payment of Rs 2500. He has not only cheated me but also the LG company by dealing in airtel DTH despite being an exclusive showroom of LG. I have also been forced to change my decision of buying the LG products in future just due to misbehave and cheating of this dealer of LG thereby causing the LG company also the loss.
