Airtel IPTV and Broadband
IPTV Connection not installed for a month

I had taken an Airtel Connection on 9/11 for the purpose of getting the IPTV connection. The Broadband was installed immediately with the promise that the IPTV would also get installed within 3 days. However this has not been done. Even after numerous calls to the customer executives and customer care this has not been done. the two opportunity requests filed by me were also not adhered to. the numbers were: 416558178 (25/11) and 420472143 (27/11).
