I am facing setup box issue past 4 days. I made complaint to customer care and they sent technician with replacement setup box and he did the same and left the place without activation of replaced setup box due to insufficient balance in my account. I was top up immediately with sufficient balance amount and tried to call the technician continuously. He never picked the call for fist 30 minst and then he picked and replied very harshly. The technician name is "Ramachandran" and I complained same by speaking with customer care but still now no action taken place and my problem not resolved.
Airtel is good for customer service but now I am thinking that, that was old story. In Airtel digital tv customer care, people are confusing the customer by giving inadequate information and technician also not come forward to resolve the issue and speaking to me harshly. I plan to disconnect this service and get out from this frustration.
