We bought the airtel iptv in august and were assured of superior services and that many more channels would be added to the existing bouquet of channels offered.
We have called the customer care several time via our landline and complained of the following problems:
1. The remote is faulty and needs to be changed.
2. We want to add more channels to our package and are willing to pay extra but apparantly in the last 2 years Airtel has not updated its channels list and we are stuck watching ridiculous regional language channels.
3. The channels get blurry and hang.
Unless our issues are resolved in the next 5 days we intend on filing complaint/petition before the Consumer Forum and TDSAT against Airtel for the lack of service.
