Airtel retailer sim dth
Alance not credited in my ezee recharge sim

Sir, I have applied for a airtel digital tv (dth) easy recharge sim for business purpose in dec through Himalayan Distributor. They gave me a airtel simcard having no 8011651954 and mpin also. On 30th dec I paid Rs 1000.00 for stock balance. But they have not paid till 18th jan..They told me that the sim was not configured by airtel. So i am still harassing by the distributor and the customer to whom i am unable to give recharge. As a result I have lost Rs 2000.00 per day in my business. Each and every time they told me that tomorrow it will be ok but the result is equal to zero.

So please do the needful.
