Made Payment but No reponse - No Instrument - No Delivery

Recently I received a call from Airtel DTH phn No: 91-1204087653

I spoke to Ms. Ruby who asked me to purchase Airtel DTH High Definition.

I placed the order and used my Credit Card to make the payment via IVR.

I was promised 24 hours deadline for installation. More than 48 hours have passed and

Nothing has been done from their side.

I had even asked her to send me the Soft Copy of Receipt to my email but she didn't.

At the end, I am left with a 3040 Rupees payment to Airtel DTH with No Receipt and No Instrument Installed in deadline.

This is a warning to all Customers, not to make any payments via IVR to Airtel DTH.

Its so shame that I trusted Airtel and they turned out thieves!!!
