I am having a SUN Direct DTH connection. Recently SUN DIRECT has changed the Dish TV orientation and the channels are totally blank from last 3 months (from Oct'10 to till date). In spite of several complaints there is no Technician turning up to provide the service.
I have made advance payment for 1 year upto 14 Jan and I am forced to pay the amount without getting any service from SUN.
