We have visited GRT flagship shop in Jayanagar, due to familiarity with the brand and to check out the collection during the Bangle Mela.
We are dissppointed with the following aspects:
- Not much collection befitting a Mela
- Very poor organization of the space and attendants
- Absolute indifferent attitude of the staff in the first instance
- Cashier is struggling to process the cards/cash even with 3-4 customers
- No concept of Q system while making the payment or the shop is enforcing any
- Wish they emulate basics of streamlining their ops from their parent shop in Chennai and observe the absolute professional and wonderful touch that one would get from their peer group member on MG Road which has started its largest outfit in the recent past.
