Receipt of new cheque book

I have applied for new cheque book. But Its already more than 1 week. I was told that I would receive my cheque book in two days. I have real emergency. I have an account in Girish Park Branch with acc no ending with 5322

I need to take out cash immediately. I am horrified by their bank service. Its test of patience. Even I have made my mind to move my account to some other bank. I have already made complain at the bank but it wasnot helpful.

Please take immediate action.
