Dear sir/madam,
This is regarding HSBC credit card 4384 5999 8885 9954, which I have not received and used by someone else.
Let me explain clearly: I am an SAP consultant and was working with Intelligroup Bangalore from 3rd January to 6th June. Then after I got relocated to Hyderabad. But after two years now I am receiving calls and legal notices from HSBC saying that I used HSBC credit card and need to pay 60000/-. I found one contact number on legal notice and called him. As he said that they issued my credit card on 12th June which is clearly telling that I am not received because I was not there in Bangalore after I got transferred to Hyderabad on 6th June. I explained him the same and also told that I can show evidence that where I have a mail from my manager that I reported from 9th June in Hyderabad Intelligroup. After few days I got another legal notice and the contact person name is changed and when I called them I was told that they investigate and let me know but still they are harassing me. When I went to HSBC and talked to their executive he said that I need to write a mail to [email protected].
I am sincerely requesting you to look into this as soon as possible and close. Unnecessarily without receiving the card I am getting harassed by collection executives.
Please take this seriously and let me know if I can get benefited legally for their harassment.
Thanks
Uma Shankar
