Dear Sir,

Reg: Complaint Number 48, November with your HCL office at Ernakulam, Kerala.

Our Ranni Branch (Pathanamthitta Dist., Kerala) Pass book printer under warrenty is not printing properly. Complaint lodged through your Ernakulam office 2 months back. We are constantly talking with your engineers and your area manager (HCL, AMC) Mr. Gopakumar, of Ernakulam, Kerala office in this matter. But we are very sorry to say that nobody attended the complaint and the matter is still pending for about 2 months. Hope your good office will intervine in this matter and settle this issue without any delay. Please note that our customer service is affecting very badly.
