Cheated in agro bond GB16408

My father Mr Dinkar P, Gavand had taken some growth bond policy from Adventure Orchards Limited.he had invested rs 10, 000 INR from his saving with cheque payment from dena bank (cheque number 519808). on date 23-2-1998. in year he got the news about closing off scheme, so he visited Adventure Orchards Limited office and submitted all the documents like original policies documents and PD cheques of 20000 and 140000 provided from same company to them.(dena bank cheque numbers 532381 and 532380). till the date Mr Vijay Dholakia (director) haven't return the invested amount or benifits to my father.i just surprise how does he cheats with my father.please do something for my father. policy number GB III - 16408.
