Hi,

I had tried ordering a pizza online on 4th of march. The first attempt failed and and i tried for second time, successfully. When i checked my account, it has been debited twice for the same amount. It more than a week and i havnt got the money back. Your internet system is very poorly managed. Please find both transaction details as follows -
