I (Rajani. T.M) am a consumer of the Bharat Gas from thrissur, kerala with Consumer no 12087, The gas Agency is Sree Padmanabha Gas Agencies, Kanimangalam, Thrissur for the past five years. We received our first cylinder on 28/07 . on request for a second one they are saying that they are not providing the cylinders at present. even on request for an application for the second cylinder, they are saying that they will let us know when they would provide it.
What is the duration to receive the second cylinder, and to whom should the further complaints go, to find a solution to this.
