I have booked 2 tickets from Bandra Terminus to Vapi for Intercity train (bandra surat) of 6.50 am from Bandra terminus. I was charges Rs. 158.07 for 2 tickets including credit card charges. Both tickets got auto cancelled as it was in waiting list after chart preparation. But refund I got was only Rs. 101.98 against both tickets. I was been told that if there was auto cancellation then full amount gets refunded. then why so... Please revert me the status.
