Dear Sir,
I had booked Indigo Flight for Delhi to Patna for 15th November. Booking was done through IRCTC account. The same was cancelled through Indigo customer care on 12th November. However, as on date i have not received the refund. This is despite assurance received from IRCTC on investing the matter.
You are requested to look in to this and get me my refund of the cancelled ticket.
