Product replacement not yet received


I had ordered one Locomotive jeans from homeshop18. Due to size issue i ordered for replacement. But they sent me the same size jeans once again. Therefore i had to send it back to them one more time and till date i am waiting for the replacement. Please help.

Also i haven't received the octroi charges (paid by me when i received it first time) and courier charges (when i sent it second time) beared by me.
