he gave me this laptop with window xp.as i live in hostel in agra. 2-3 days after diwali holidays when i came back to agra it started hanging and many features like camera vedio notepad lock didnt work properly.when i took this to service centre in agra he said drivers r missing.when he searched 4 drivers for that particular model in window xp operating system it was not availabe, while 4 vista it was available.he said that dealer should told u that it is a vista compatible laptop.when i went to dealer and said that because of ur ignorance i had so much problem.u should tell before.he said that he already know that it was vista compatible but we dont have so we give hp along with it.he talked so harshly, and avoiding us, not listening to our problem without any sign of apology.
compaq being such a brand name if makes his customer to run here and there and creating so much tension in customers mind than its really a matter of shame.it took about 8 months to make my computer ready and proper 4 use .before everytime it gave several problem because of ignorance that it is vista compatible.still cd and driver cd should be provided because each time customer cant run to service centre.
