I have purcased dell 1545 inspiron Laptop on 24/10.It came with preinstalled Windows 7.
But I did not get the genuine Windows 7 CD.On asking it from the retailer shop (Vijay Sales, Mumbai) from where I bought the Laptop, the retailer is not ready to accept that he has not given me the CD's. Tell me what should I do?
They have also not mentioned about the CD in invoice.
Then I contacted the Dell people. There my call keeps on transferring from one end to other like a pendulum.ie from sales dept to Technical one. And each and every time I have to give them my service tag number of my laptop and explain them the whole story.
I have contacted Dell people earlier also in February. But no result. I have wasted my momentus time in such mediocre activities.
It's very frustrating and pathetic.
Tell me what should I do?
