Sir I Have purchased a laptop and Printer of Hp (Laptop model No- G42-356 TU and Printer Model no HplaserjetP1007) purchase date is 24th october in this duration company launched a scheme that on the purchase of each hp laptop customer will get gift vocher worth RS. - in which he can get either Rebbok shoe or Titan Watch. I have contect so many time his redemption center as suggested by hp customer care department. but not get satisfactory answer. So what can i do write now. Please resolve the problem.
