Installing bluetooth drive

Dear sir,

i m having problem with my laptop bluetooth.when i install s bluetooth driver, the computer ask me that

"plz plug in bluethooth device and press ok"..then i press "P1" hot key..bt when i press P1 key, internet explorer open...

and i have installed a driver for P1 key... this is my problem..to sove this problem i had gone to my nearest hcl center, (near stadium, c.g.road, ahmedabad)

they told me that they would install all the software.n the cost would be 500 rs.

bt i dont want to install all the softies, when i told him that i want to solve this problem, they behaved rudely..and said that they couldn't install one driver...

so this is a reason for writing to email..plz solve my problem... i am suffering this trouble last 1 year and still i havent solved this trouble.

its my humble request that plz solve my bluetooth trouble...
