Engineers visit details :-
Mr. Inderjeet :- Replaced M/B because no display,
Again coming Mr. Inderjet & replaced SMPS now display is come.
Last Saturdays coming their Mr. Ashutosh chouhan for the replacement of M/B because of he is coming with faulty M/B.
I am try to connect your mobile because no response.
Just let me inform how about days to taken closed this case.
So kindly do the needful at the earliest.

A huge bad experience I am facing.
HCL is mega scale company but only in words I think.
There is no one who is ready to work with responsibility.
I am facing problem not a problem there are problems lots of problems.
I made 1000 phone calls at your call center, the name & phone of the persons with whom I have talked with are as follows:-
(Hcl Family Urvashi, Ashwani, Abyakt, Arpna, Kapil, Om Praksah/ Logical solution –Anil, Raju, Inderjeet)
Now no one is picking up the phone.
who will pay my time cost.
Now my next step is to move to media then to consumer court they will tell you how to work efficiently.
