Simple: I have made it a mission to have all business done in foriegn countries to cease-- you can't access or file formal complaints-- I am not the only one to have complaints-- this company has put in writing the promise to refund the amounts of ripoffs of several customers and has yet to honor any of these.
I want the use of foriegn staff to cease for any american company-- especially those in India-- typical ripoffs in any category-- they do not have the same value system as Americans-- they set up businesses to rip people off
They are not honorable and constantly tell those they have written an intended refund and never delive
