I purchased a set top box from bhaskar hathway on 6/9/08 set top box no is 67A19A0081870650B and the smart card no is 000027809250in the name of Vishal Saxena. Suddenly for the last 15 days my set top box was not working and the cable operator suggested that because of the damaged and old wire it is not working properly and now I have changed the wire also set top box is still not working and the cable operator is saying nothing can be done, get anew set top box worth rs. 1000.Please help me out and replace the set top box with a new one or get it repaired
