I have had pathetic service experience with CG.
I own a CG instant water geyser for domestic purpose. The geyser was under guarantee / warranty when stopped working. upon contacting customer care number, a technician visited my home and told me the "coil" needs to be replaced.
1. he did not have any coils, which i understand are typical spares.
2. The request was raised on 16 July. The comp no. is 1007024965. Today on 31 July, still the issue is not resolved.
3. The Thane service center was out of stock of the coils. I have talked to different managers / higher ups on the following number but in vain:
