Care N Commit are the authorized service center for ceiling fans of Crompton & Greaves in South Delhi. Two ceiling fans were given to them for repairs. They charged me Rs 1160/- and returned the fans claiming that necessary repairs have been done.
On checking the fans after installing them, it was found that no repairs have been done and the defects remained as it were before. On my follow ups, they said they will do the needful. Nothing happened and now they are not taking my calls even.
The above agency is worst than a road side workshop and they should not be allowed to spoil the name of Crompton & Greaves.
This needs to be taken up with Crompton & Greaves.
