Damaged Mattress delivered

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Dreamline Mattress From Big Bazar (Pantallon Retail (India) Ltd) on 06-07.

Invoice no 011, Sr No 11932.

After month I found that the mattress was damaged its faulty. I had complained about the same to concern department with Mr. Shivaji by personal visit to big bazar. and he assured about to resolve the compalint.

After 7 days I have received the phone call and they confirmed that their executive will visit the home and verifies about the same. Two people from Big bazar visited at my home they have taken photo graph of the Mattress.after that i have not received any responce from the concern dept.

I waited for 4 months. In between I have visted 3 times but no one is entertined me.

I further visited to Bigbazar with my Husband on 8th April requested to Mr Shivaji and he has taken second time complaint (Complaint no - 290). and assured that he will replace the same by 18th of this month.

They are only doing time pass the warranty of the Mattress will finish on 5th Jult 2012.

Till date we have not received any replacement.

I request you to help me to get the replacement or refund of the money & compansate from Big Bazar.

Harrasment - 25000/-

Mattress Price - Rs 5999/-
