1. Ref discussion with Col Umesh Gupta and Daljinder Saini dated 07 Aug.
2. It is intimate you that front door lock of my washing machine has gone deffective and complaint was lodged with compliant cell (tele No 1800-419-4040) having complaint No JAL2807100151 (My Mob No-9356734905) on 28 Jul. Engineer of your company at Jalandhar has taken the deffective lock for replacement. Inspite of number of calls nothing has been done till now.
3. Nothwithstanding the above, i would like to bring out the earlier compliants lodged by me since the time machine has been purchase i.e Aug from AN Niketan Pvt Ltd, Kolkata under 5 years warranty as under:-

Timer repaired. Set OK
(q) Apr 07 replacement of machine was offered by company for top loading
authomatic machine, seeing number of complaints.
(r) HW85 27 Aug 07 - Noisy and lock defect - Service center Jalandhar
attended and repaired by
Mr Anmol.
