Change of bill plan

I am subscriber of air tel since last 7 years. i am working as a teacher in punjab education department. now i want to change my bill plan from bada gupshup to government teacher plan. but it is a matter of deep concern that neither customer care nor authorised dealer giving me positive response. please help me in this regards. thanks.
