I have purchased bedroom set in Big bazar on 30th December Fatimanagar Big bazar.

They have given me Mattress free offer..They told that due to their company name change they will deliver the goods on 11th Jan. I said thats fine, and they assured it will be delivered oon 11th Dec.

After calling many times they have delivered the goods on 14 the Jan. But they have not delivered the Free matresses whihc was on offer, After speaking to them they told it will be delivered within 2 days. I waited for 2 days. Again i called, and they said they dont have stock and it will take 2-3 days for inwarding etc.

I dont know what to do, they might give the free mattess but it will delayed a lot.

Now I lost belief in Big bazar.
