Wrong commitment and bill before activation

Dont buy any reliance product they are not committed to there words

i have bought internet modem device from reliance, kamla nagar, delhi

there own staff filled up my form wrongly and now delaying verification, moreover without activating device they have sent me a bill for 300/-,

i have mtnl internet connection at home, bought this one for traveling purpose only, my trip is over now without internet connection

i feel cheated
