*Service request: 47086112 and 470565538 raised again for both telephone and landline not

working. This is the 3rd request I am raising in 1 month and for each one I

have to make a minimum of 30 phone calls and 10 emails to get it done. If

this happens once in a while it is OK, but what is this? - 3rd request in

same month? *

*Are you giving me salary for following up this many times in a month? Is

this a part of my job? You don't even have single modem to give? *

*Is this emial getting delivered to anyone in this loop? *
