Poor service

My IP TV by Airtel is unserviceable since 27 May 11. The customer service is very user unfriendly and takes you in circles and when you do get through gives you a number and promptly comes a messege on phone saying it will be done in 5 days. When you check after two days they say we never got a complaint. Give the number, they say that is expired. 47067108 they said by 01 Jun 1553hrs. 46992916 they said by 03 Jun by 0036 hrs.46956476 they said by 03 Jun 11 1330 hrs.46874326 by 1443 hrs 01 Jun 11. and many more for the same complaint. Some customer care executives suggest we must pay some reconnect charges when I did not ask for a disconnection in the first place. Some say they will refund it later. Some say they have technical problem. Some say they lost our Id. Bill comes dot on time and is paid as well. Some say how are you with this facility on this number! Can anyone tell me what I can do to get the service back. Can anyone say what are the policies of this company on complaints? Their site has no provision for complaint. Link which works well is the payment one, others are all so so... Can someone reach this to the company? We could not even see the IPL final because of this.
