Sub: Booster water as well Drinking Water is not available in the Society.
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that we are facing non availability of water for Daily uses / Drinking water supply in Pocket – B-1, Type -A, Lok Nayak Puram New Delhi-110041.
1) Earlier, we have given information to the concerned officials (Jr. Engr.) thru Written application for water problem in the said location. Our Gaurd had suggested that phase are wrongly jointed in the Pump House that's why Pump is not working and water is not availabe in the Society. I have already discussed with the concern engineer regarding the phase are wrongly jointed at Pump House, and he assured me that today itself we will get repair the same. but till the date we have not received the any positive repsonse from the engineer's side.
2) We had contacted to (Jr. Engr.) Pocket C regarding the Drinking Water, they had given reply to us that “for your pocket – 1, RO facilities are not available, but we will get it start soon in your pocket.
3) RO is available in the Pocket B-2, Pocket C and Pocket D, where only few familes are residing, but till the date we have not recived the RO facilities in Pocket B-1, where maximum familes are residing.
As far as my knowlege is concerned, there is more faimilies in PocketB-1, Instead of Pocket B-2, Pocket C, Pocket D.
(a) It is very tuff for us carry water daily from one pocket to another pocket.
(b) We have been assuring by them daily that it will be solved next day but nobody has turn-up till day. So, it seems to us that Lineman / Plumbers are manipulates for their own interests.
(c) The long non-availability period of water, you can assume how can survive with family (School going child/Exam period). The maximum no. of residents was under stress.
(d) In view of the above we have made telecommunication expenses around Rs. 100/- as well as our expences of fule and your officials were sometime feels disturb. Our feelings are lesser care of complainants by your officials.
(e) We are also working in well versed MNC’s, have no more attitude, time and money to misuse our resource and disturb your official and make poor relations with you.
(f) We appreciate your Land Valuation Officials, but it will not interesting without civic amenities in that areas. Some of the time residents are disappointed and want to leave.
Now, you are requested to solve / eradicate the said problem through proper care & installation of RO and get repaire the Motor of Pump House for Booster Water at B- 1, Lok Nayak Puram
So, we hope that you will get repair the Pump house electricity connections as well as arrange for the RO in Pocket B-1 for mooth relations.
