A snack bar under foodies at highland park big bazar-they are selling snacks like samosa, veg chop, patties etc.while taken samosa on 3/6/10, we found that there is no drinking water, only mineral water is available with cost of Rs14/-(1 litre). Point to note that every person may not effort drinking water with cost. When contacted with Mr. Dhar, key person of Foodies, he explained me that the drinking water of local area is contains iron, for that water cannot be served. The question is all the people of local area are taking drinking water, but not only mineral water. Overall, if a shop sells food he is bound to serve drinking standard water free of cost as per norms, otherwise a shop cannot sell any food. If he deny, this the shop must be closed at once.
An appropriate action is requested to take within 3 days, ottherwise I have to lodge this to the appropriate Govt athourity.
I shall visit again on 6.6.10.
