Non receipt of EPF Dues

Dear Sir,

I had requested for the closure of EPF Account no OR-4123/365 with EPF office Berhampur. After that they credited 2 cheques of Rs. 209/- (Chq. No.-677138) & Rs. 414/- (Chq. No.-673507) to my ICICI A/c no 006101025006. But the total amount in my EPF A/c should be much more than that as my monthly contribution to the EPF Account was Rs. 372/- per month & the same amount from my employer for the period from February to November. The total amount deposited by me within this period would amount to somewhere around Rupees 1- plus Interest till date. I had earlier sent a reminder through my Old office (Siddhartha Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar) vide their letter no SEPL-08/F-PF/1993, Dtd.-02/11, to which their has been no response from their side. I have attached a copy of the letters sent by my office to the EPF Office. Please be kind enough to get the matter resolved as soon as possible.
