SHOES WORN OUT IN 3/ 4 MONTHS

I am very unhappy with my new floreshim shoes, i have been wearing shoes of this brand since past 10 / 12 years and have never faced this problem before, I have brought these shoes from METRO SHOES in TGIP mall in noida. Within 3/4 months the shoes have already torn from the sole area and have got some cuts. When i took them to METRO they refused to do anything about it. PLEASE HELP...
