Replacement of shoes

Dear Sir,

Hi I am Niraj Pankhania. I have purchesed shoes g 23777A green 40 on 11-12-11 from Shivranjanicross road, Satelite branch. After seven days one part of shoes is damage and i go to same store for repair it. I was get my shoes after two days and after one week same problem is arrive in the shoes i again go to the shop and my shoes is repaired by them but after 10 days same problem is arrive in my shoes and again I go to the shop. Shopkeeper sent the shoes to Delhi for replacement on 16-01-12 and after 25 days same shoes is return to the shop and I have a phone call for it.

My question is that I have spend 2795 Rs for branded (woodland) shoes and I have to repaired this shoes 3 times in one months. So whats the meaning for choosing Woodland. There is a may local brand shoes is available in market and it is cheaper then woodland.

I have hardy wear this shoes for 1 month and during this one month i have to repaired this for three times.

I want a new fresh article in replacement for this shoes.

I am a customer of wood land shoes from last five year.
