I had online booked Hotel Snowlion Homestay, Darjeeling through hotelpushpak.com on 26Th August For 22nd Oct. Hotel booking number is HPR-088-0838-56070. I have paid advance payment of Rs. 3000/- out of total payment of Rs. 3300/-to hotel pushpak through credit card. Due to some unavidable circumstance I had to cancel this booking on 18Th October. Before cancelling I telephoned the hotelpushpak staff & asked about the refund policy. I was told that since I was cancelling the booking before 48 hours, there will be deduction of 15% & rest amount shall be refunded. I cancelled the booking online after confirming the refund policy on internet site. A cancellation window pop up on sreen stating that booking successfully cancelled. It gave me cancellation confirmation #HPR-CANCEL-12863 & I was intimated that Rs. 495 cancellation fee charged to my booking & balance amount of Rs. 2505 will be refunded to my account within 20 business days. After this even after repeated reminders to the hotel through email & telephonic call, hotelpushpak has not refunded me the amount.
