Myself Imran Y Madhupurwala is using hsbc classic credit card no:-(4476929987961494)
since Dec. But this time card has been blocked in one of the hsbc ATM at C.G.
ROAD, AHMEDABAD on 10 Sep 2009 but when i tried to take it back but i couldn't and
when i talked to customer care they suggested me to use my ADD-ON CARD but it is not
usable so i have submited my card to bank and I met Mr. BHAVESH JANI (ASM) there
at HSBC BRANCH but he is saying that we cant unblock your card bcoz it is blocked
by higher department but when we are checking it on phonebanking no. our card is active
and has no problem. For last 15 days i m getting very irritating and i want the problem should get
solved faster.
