Folowing Post i made 2 month sback and still no response or conclusion from ICICI on tis issue. Every week i am receiving mail from ICICI states that they need some time to resolve issue. How much time really icici need to resolve customer issues. Seems that ICICI does nt care abt customer Money

I am holding an ICICI Amrican EXpress card .. I made a payment of Rs 3700 through online from my friend s savings account (ICICI) on August 19th. Today i sSeptember 25th and the Money still not credited to my account and also debited from my friends account. Also my credit card charged with late payment. I am in USA and i am callling everyday to customer care and every day they are coming up with new story. Finally they are saying that i need to call Biller to get my account credited. when i called them they are not a in a postion to give m eany contact no or the name of biller and they are bugging me like anything.
I am not sure why they are asking me to contact an unknown biller when my card belongs to ICICI and and i have done payment through ICICI only.
they says that ICICI is tie up with up AMEX and i need to contact AMEX people only. when i contacted AMex people they says that they do not have any of my card details with them.
Any body please let me know if any idea.
