ICICI Credit Card
MISUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD BY SOMEONE

Dear Sir,

I the undersigned is the credit card holder

(No. 4477470290820019) of ICICI bank. I raised the dispute for the below mentiond transactions;which myself never made as well not authorised to anyone.

DETAILS OF TRANSACTIONS:-

1. Amount Rs.5235.20/- for AIR DECCAN on 28th April.

2 Amount Rs.5235.20/- for AIR DECCAN on 28th April.

3 Amount Rs.5235.20/- for AIR DECCAN on 28th April.

4 Amount Rs.10, 470.40/- for AIR DECCAN on 28th April.

I also want to raise the dispute for the transactions mentioned below;same is not yet billed to my credit card, but very soon same will likely to bill on my credit card... since i have received SMS for those transactions.

DETAILS OF UNBILLED TRANSACTIONS :-

1. Amount Rs.6000/- for BHARTI CELLULAR on 29th April.

2.Amount Rs.15000.00/- for BHARTI CELLULAR on 29th April.

Hence request you to resolve the dispute of above mentioned transactions at earliest & inform me on my cell no.9819042951 as well as on my e-mail ID's [email protected] & [email protected].
