I would like to inform you regarding the problems faced with the DNA newspaper subscription in Bangalore.
I had paid the initial subscription fee of 299/- some 3 months back as some agents had come saying that it will be subscribed from November onwards.
Today is 29th December and till date I did not receive a single copy or any word of assurance from the DNA newspaper department. I had called the customer care department 12 times 08065738888 in Bangalore and after we try redialing for some 40 times then only we get connected. I told them the problem and they told me to contact the agent in my area and when I contacted him he told me that he will get the newspaper the next day and took my address and phone number but nothing new happened. I was just left waiting for the newspaper for the past many days.
I would like to let you know that the DNA newspaper has cheated in all ways. They took the amount of 300/- initially and did not let us know any date of subscription or problems faced by them causing the newspaper delay.
DNA is a newspaper that is not at all worth for the Bangalore which has a very vibrant culture and we don’t want to get cheated by the so called DNA newspaper people who say that Bangalore is in their DNA….The worst newspaper service I had seen in my past 27 years…
I would suggest any Bangalore citizen not to subscribe for the DNA newspaper which does nothing but cheating and loosing our trust on the fourth estate.
I will request all of you to go for other newspapers other than DNA and if no option then also don’t go for DNA …you can be happy without DNA but with DNA it will really be a pain for our DNA.
Hope the problems are solved at the earliest so that they can at least do some business in Bangalore or if they continue with the same service I am sure that the DNA newspaper will be wiped out from Bangalore at the earliest.
