This is regarding PNR numbers 4306354269 & 6126377310. I have spoken to them regarding this refund several times but nobody cares. Coz, who is bothered, its the customers money and not their money. The ticket was cancelled on 02-JUN and you could just see that till date the department is not bothered to refund the amount. The only problem was that the bank account through which it was booked was closed and this is already in the knowledge of IRCTC. However, I also have all the mail documents which IRCTC had confirmed that the same money would be refunded through cheque, but this was again around 2 months back, again who is bothered... I am just fed up of calling them and mailing them.
I would request if this department could help me.
