My policy no is 540447511. It has been matured on14-9. Ihave submited my claim two months back in Dhanbad Lic branch -1.Inspite of several visite to dealing clerk and branch manager, I have not receieved my claim yet. They are giving very absured reply that we have no time it is in process.please look into the matter otherwise i will compel to take extreme steps.
