My fridge LG intellocool 285lt was bought by me a yr n a half back... not a year was completed it started giving problems... its cooling became less.we complained abt it n got no response for a week... then after a week a technician came n said that there was problem in its timer n a part had to b replaced... again he took a week to replace that.but in the end it was replaced n fridge started working.
again after few months im facing the same problem... n again instead of giving my complaints..n calling LG constumer care up every day, no one has turned up.al my eatables r getting spoilt as my fridge is not cooling up... the services of LG r the worst i hav evr seen... im now afraid to buy any LG product n advice others also not to buy LG products.a customer is being i must say harrased by these LG people.
