The subject refrigerator was purcased on 15th march after 15 days the thermostate became ineffective leads to freezing everything insde.to repair the same i had to keep chasing LG dealer customer care for one week.

Now the Cubcle Lamp has gone out of order.

Beside the manufacturing defects nadquestion mark on quality, the design of refrogerator which is causing lot of inconvinience, the shellves in the door is poorly design that in the bottle racks the bottle keeps falling whenever the door is openining and closing. The egg rake desgin is also failed to hold the eggs.

The cooling effeicenicy is also detoriating.

There is a problem of paint finishing on the door.

I am really regretting for my decsion of buying a LG product which appears to have main buisness of advertising the product the maintaining the quality.
